This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 17, 2009:
Is this like asking what are you in denial about?
Nothing comes to mind.
I accept that I am made in the image and likeness of God. I accept that as such I am a co-creator in my life. I accept that the things that have happened in my past are a result of my beliefs and actions and were fully controlled by me. I accept that I continue to use my beliefs and actions to shape my future. I accept responsibility for my life and live it with no regrets.
What's not to accept?

i read somewhere that serenity is directly proportionate to acceptance, whenever i am faced with the delema of not wanting to accept a person place, thing or situation i am reminded that i would rather be happy than right and acceptance does not always mean that i like or agree with something, just that i can be ok reguardless of that thing.
So true Michelle. I’m sure it put you in a much better place.
I’ve heard it said that others serve as mirrors for something in our own lives. In other words, when you come upon someone or something that is difficult, you should take a close look because it may be something you don’t like or need to deal with in your own life.
