What music has made the biggest difference in your life?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for February 04, 2009:
All music makes a difference in my life. All music evokes some kind of emotion and/or feeling for me. What has made the biggest difference. Biggest. Difference. I can deal with biggest being subjective, but what difference (positive or negative). The easy answer here is Rap. I loathe rap immensely. Unfortunately I find a lot of people listen to it and I cringe when I hear it. If I'm in my car and someone pulls up next to me with that stuff on, I roll up my window and try to stay in a good place. I find that "music" really negative. I'm not sure what the difference is here other than that I now have some music I really cannot stand whereas before I could say I liked all kinds of music.

OMG! That’s so sexual. Am I a prude or is this typical? Don’t get me wrong, I have lots of passion and I enjoy sex as much as the next person, but there’s a time and a place. Isn’t there?
